Hi Sigue,
I saw your question but was unsure what you were asking. Are you specifically interested in climate change affecting fisheries? Are you trying to find a scholarship for a study, or are you suggesting that as a way to fight climate change? Please elaborate a little more on your question so I can push it out to more members. Also, if you would like you can also post the question in French - maybe to the Sustainable Land Management or African Drought Risk and Development Network communities.
