U.S. Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (2010): Opportunities for the Mining Sector in the DRC

This presentation looks at the opportunities created by Section 1504 of the US Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act for the mining sector in the DRC. Section 1504 will impose additional disclosure requirements of payments made by natural resource companies to governments for the commercial development of oil, natural gas or minerals.
