Many of you may be familiar with a book that was published in 2009 by Karin Gollin and James Kho called After the Romance: communities and environmental governance in the Philippines. For those of you interested, here's a preview of the book from Google. I can't access the entire book, but it will give you a sense for what it's about. I've also added a document here from an earlier paper they wrote back in 2002 (it's a draft).
