This presentation recounts proceedings at the five day policy harmonization workshop in Sanniquellie, Liberia (October 2010). It was an important resource for giving the participants at the recently organised Mano River Union (MRU) Sustainable Environmental Conservation and Management Policy meeting (September 28, 2011), a recollection of discussion points and results from the Sanniquellie meeting. It put participants in the right frame of mind for partaking in the discussions that led to sounding initial recommendations and charting better road maps for conservation policy formulation and law enforcement in their respective countries.
