This document provides a list of all the communities migrated during the upgrade March 22, 2011 and the corresponding theme they now fall under. Included in the table are the communities organized alphabetically, the theme they are now under, and whether they were a Community of Practice or Partner page in the old version. Some of the Partner Pages have stayed Partner pages (they are listed in red).
